Jane qualified through the British Psychological Society in 2001 to deliver and interpret psychometric assessments.
She has experience in using a range of psychometric assessment tools for personal development and guidance services across Cornwall and Devon. This includes a European funded project working with over 400 people facing redundancy and currently, the SMART Women Project across Cornwall. Jane is the first of the 3 licensed TIFF Providers in Cornwall. She is also Company Secretary for The Fluent Self CIC. www.fluentself.org
