Using the proven Temple Index of Functional Fluency (TIFF) method of psychometric assessment Jane analyses and interprets the results to help maximise interpersonal effectiveness, both individually and in the team context. The system is ideal for enhancing team development and motivation. It provides a unique personal profile from which each team member will learn to balance their energy effectively in relating to others, developing their own positive behaviour patters and transforming those that are counter-productive.

An amalgamation of individual results produces a team profile which makes members clearer about their own self and in understanding of others, helps them learn to identify and optimise team strengths while appreciating how each person impacts on the group. The net result is a reduction in conflict and better morale bringing with it greater mutual commitment.

What does the process involve?

1. Completing the 30-minute TIFF questionnaire online or on paper
2. A group workshop to learn about the functional fluency model (3 hours)
3. An individual feedback session to explore own profile and agree an ‘action plan’ (1 hour)
4. A group workshop to explore the team profile (3 hours)
5. Follow-up – either individual or group meetings to reflect on progress.
