A really good insight into my strengths and weaknesses, and typical behaviours in certain scenarios which has enabled me to consciously recognise these things, and change them where necessary. A better understand of how some of these things, although done with the best intention, acutally rob others of responsibility.
Kim-Marie Clothier, Senior Environmental Scientist, Wardell Armstrong International Ltd
On a professional level I found the psychometric feedback invaluable. It has helped me to understand the impact I have on my colleagues more clearly. It has also helped me think about how I can get the best out of people who are polar opposites to me. Personally the feedback has led me to question why I make the choices I make and of they are the best thing for me. For example, I can be eager to please others, even if it makes me do something I don't want to really do. I found the feedback was hugely relevant and has helped me to stop and take stock. The feedback has had a profound effect on me and I have made a number of life altering changes in the past few months

It was great to receive honest feedback about areas of strength and weakness. An increased awareness allows one to analyse weaknesses and challenge them, as well as playing to strengths wherever possible and having more confidence in these. All in all it allows you to have a more objective and rounded view of your personality traits - and learn not to be too hard on yourself if you struggle with particular areas, but know that this is something that can be worked on over time.
Cheryl Atkins, PR Co-ordinator, Coastline Housing
It was pro-active because it enabled me to see myself differently and more positively. It transformed my ideas to how I reacted to criticism – highlighted strengths I was hugely proud of, and weaknesses seemed to pale rather that demonise me any longer.
Deborah Richards, Director, Crellow Chutneys
It was very interesting to look into my personality and my ways of doing things. It made met think a lot about my behaviour and how I could modify it for the better both personally and professionally. Having repeated the TIFF questionnaire, there was a significant difference in the areas I had been working on.
